ORDERING ON BEGGANI.COM
To make purchases on beggani.com it is necessary to register. The registration at the BEGGANI Online store comes with various benefits: Save and manage your personal information. Track your online orders and review past purchases. Manage your personal data and save your preferred settings. Manage your account details and address book. Be invited to online events, exclusive products and special promotions. By clicking on Your Account, you will be able to create your account and experience your personalized page on beggani.com. Product information On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors, a description and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details. How to order From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product. Add the product to your Shopping Bag. Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Bag. Select a shipping method and a payment method. Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details. Check that the information you entered is correct and click “Buy Now”. After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order is shipped we will notify you with another confirmation email.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, BEGGANI uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of your browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode. Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this. Please note that BEGGANI® may use your contact details to inform you about new arrivals, exclusive products and services via email. If you would prefer not to receive these updates, please unsubscribe from our mailing list.
HOW TO IDENTIFY MYSELF IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?
Should you have forgotten your password, please click on Your Account tab and select “Forgotten your password?” For security reasons, an automatic email will be sent to the address you have fulfilled, including a link that will allow you to create your new personal password. Once you have entered your account, you will be able to change this password.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAIL
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders, check your spam folder and make sure that support@beggani.com are in the safe senders list of your email account. This will prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking future communications. If this does not work please contact us as there may be errors with the email address you registered with.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AND ADD PRODUCTS?
Unfortunately not. Each order is processed automatically and once it has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify the details. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order.
HOW DO DISCOUNT CODES WORK?
beggani.com Discount Codes give you access to exclusive discounts on all BEGGANI® products. To take advantage of the promotion, enter the code in the appropriate field at checkout and click "Apply". Only one Discount Code can be used for each order. If the code doesn't work, please double check the promotion dates and which products and categories it can be applied to from the newsletter. THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
Order being prepared : The order has been confirmed and we have already sent you a confirmation email with the Order Number. Order has shipped : As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with the Tracking Number to track the delivery. Registered users can find all information related to their orders in the Your Account area.
SIZE INFORMATION
Please consider, all BEGGANI® products are shown in International sizes and all products have International sizes labels. You can find a Size Guide for each product. The Size Guide serves as an indicator to help you to find the right size. Please don't forget, if you have selected the wrong size, you have the possibility to return the item. Should you have any doubts regarding sizing, please contact our Customer Service Department at support@beggani.com.
PAYMENT METHODS
Orders placed in our online store www.beggani.com can be paid by credit card or via PayPal. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit and debit cards. Your account will not be charged until your order is accepted and shipped. BEGGANI® reminds you that the issuing bank of the Buyer's payment card performs currency conversions. All payments on the website will be made in EUR. All selected products on www.beggani.com are paid in EUR.

SHIPPING
Shipping times and costs Delivery can take 3-7 business days from the date of the purchase depending on the country. All delivery options available for your order will be displayed at checkout. We will send you the UPS Tracking Number for your package by email. You can track your shipment online at ups.com or by sending a request to our Customer Service Department at support@beggani.com. Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes. In case nobody is available to sign for the package for three consecutive working days, the courier will leave a notification and a contact number. Tracking Your Orders When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted. We'll send you a UPS tracking number for your package via email. You can track your shipment online at ups.com or by sending a request to our Customer Service Department at support@beggani.com. A registered BEGGANI account enables you to check the status of your order online. Visit "Your Account", log in to your account and click on the "Your Orders" tab. Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes. In case nobody is available to sign for the package for three consecutive working days, the courier will leave a notification and a contact number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order is on its way to you. Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment. We kindly ask you to check back the following day. Areas and countries/regions we ship to You can change the Country/Region where you want your orders to be shipped from the top of the page. Please note that your Shopping Bag are exclusive to each Country/Region and will no longer be visible if you change location. If you change Country/Region, you will need to select the items again. Our catalogue, shipping and payment methods may also be updated.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER AN ORDER IS DISPATCHED?

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of your order details and UPS tracking number. Using this tracking number you will be able to track your order online at ups.com.
RETURNS
All returns are FREE provided that you use the returns label included with your delivery. If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, return them to us for refund within 14 days of receipt as follows: Complete your returns form (included within your order) by ticking the item (s) you wish to return and giving a reason for the return. If you do not do so, it may take the Customer Care Team longer to identify your order and process your refund. Pack it with your return items (unused, intact, and in good condition, including any labels) in the original package (if possible). Stick your prepaid UPS label (included within your order) on your return parcel and seal it securely. Please make sure that it is clearly visible on the parcel and that the return address and barcodes are not covered or amended. For RETURNS on STANDARD drop-off your return package to your nearest UPS access point and keep the proof of postage. Find your nearest drop off point at the UPS Access Points Locator Once we have received and checked your return, we will process your refund and a notification email will be sent to you to confirm the validation (you’ll hear from us approx. 5 days from the date you send your parcel). Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take a few days for your refund to be reflected on your account. In the event you lose the return form or the UPS label, you can contact our Customer Service Department at support@beggani.com.
